"Cassondra Corbin-Thaddies, president and co-founder of Connect to Greatness, said the mini-grant of $5,000 her organization received will help middle school-aged youth gain experience in respite care. There also are plans for the children to compose a public service announcement on caregiving from a younger perspective."
Keiser University West Palm Beach campus student Cassondra Corbin-Thaddies recently founded Connect to Greatness, a nonprofit to support African American males.
" We have created a safe space and engage African-American/black men from the community who have committed to showing up and leading the effort for African-American/black boys to feel validated, listened to and comfortable asking life’s big questions to shift their internal narrative to become change makers and great men in the world." - 09/18/2018, C2G
Connect to Greatness is a non-profit organization that targets African American boys to envision their reality and become change makers in the world. “We empower them as we promote academics, community accountability and responsibility. It is important that our kids learn at a young age that their reality is not defined by just football, basketball, or baseball.” - Thaddies, C2G Vice President
